2. Description of Services

Experience Educator provides guided kayaking tours, sea safaris, and outdoor adventure experiences along the Irish coastline. Our services include guided tours, equipment provision, and educational experiences related to Ireland's natural environment.

3. Booking and Payment

• All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.
• A deposit may be required to secure your booking.
• Full payment is due before the tour date unless otherwise agreed.
• Prices are quoted in Euros (€) unless otherwise stated.
• We reserve the right to modify prices at any time for future bookings.

4. Cancellation Policy

Our cancellation policy is as follows:

• 14+ days before: Full refund minus administration fee
• 7-13 days before: 50% refund
• Less than 7 days: No refund (rescheduling may be possible)
• Weather cancellations: Full refund or free rescheduling

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule tours due to weather conditions, safety concerns, or insufficient participants. In such cases, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.

5. Participant Requirements

• Participants must meet the minimum age requirements for each tour.
• Participants must be able to swim (minimum 50 meters).
• You must disclose any medical conditions that may affect your participation.
• You must follow all safety instructions provided by guides.
• Alcohol or drug use before or during tours is strictly prohibited.

6. Assumption of Risk

Outdoor water activities involve inherent risks including, but not limited to, drowning, hypothermia, capsizing, and encounters with wildlife. By participating in our tours, you acknowledge and accept these risks. You agree to follow all safety guidelines and instructions provided by our guides.

7. Liability Waiver

Participants may be required to sign a liability waiver before participating in tours. Experience Educator and its guides shall not be held liable for any injury, loss, or damage arising from participation in our activities, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.

8. Equipment

• All necessary equipment is provided unless otherwise stated.
• Equipment must be used in accordance with provided instructions.
• Participants are responsible for any damage caused by misuse or negligence.
• Personal items are brought at your own risk.

9. Photography and Media

We may take photographs or videos during tours for promotional purposes. By participating, you consent to the use of such media unless you inform us otherwise in writing before the tour begins.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and design, is the property of Experience Educator and is protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our written permission.

11. Website Use
